We made three stops on the way to Lisbon. Aveiro, Nazare, and Obidos. We would have liked to spend more time in Aveiro as there are several shops and restaurants. We did the 40 minute canal ride. Vitor gave great suggestions for lunch in Nazare.

Vitor was waiting for us when we got down... read more to the reception of our hotel. He had a lovely comfortable 7 seater Mercedes with WiFi & bottles of water for us. Our first stop was Sintra. On the drive there Vitor gave us a bit of history & pointed out interesting things.
From Peña Palace we headed to Sintra town centre & Vitor advised us which shop had the best local pastries & he also went and got us some other pastries & a bottle of ginja!
We then went to Cabo da Roca and Guincho Beach where we had lunch at a fantastic seafood restaurant - again a Vitor recommendation. After that we headed to Cascais where Vitor showed us where to get the best ice cream 🍦 and parked up so we could see Boca de Inferno. We then headed to Estoril.
We had such a great day. Vitor was very kind & was the right balance between tour guide and allowing us to explore on our own.
If you are in Lisbon & you want to explore further afield then Vitor is your man.

I was looking for a nice transfer for my parents and myself, something comfy and relaxing that will make it as pleasant as possible for my parents who did their fair share of backpacking in their (younger) days. So, given it was now the time for some leisure, I contacted Vitorio who was backed up with pretty nice reviews.

In short, the man did not disappoint, even more than expected , he was far from what we could have hoped for.

We traveled from Lisbon to Porto in a wonderfuly spacious, clean, and modern van, bottled water prepared for us for the trip, stored in a mini-fridge.

From the very start, Vitor was very kind, helpful and (I cannot state this enough) informative about things we would have not know about, I believe, in any other way. Small, but "trip-changing" important tips, suggestions and advice on what to do/what not to do, where to go /where not to go/what to see/what not to see - from someone with Votors amount of experience - is everything a person needs on an 8 hour drive (with stops we expressed we wanted to make ).

We made two stops, Sintra and Nazaré, for which both Vitor had a vast knowledge that was like listening to a historical documentary + a traveling guide combined.

Both stops were wonderful and Vitor was very happy to give us as much time as we needed for our personal activities, photo taking, lunch, toilet breaks, souvenir shopping

Also, he educated us on things with more than words - buying us the local Ginja liqueur and some traditional pastries form Sintra to zasze, it really was an overall great experience that turned from a guided transfer - to one of the best days we will remember from our trip.

Knowledgeable, warm, informative, off-the-beaten-path kinds of guide.
