Communication to initially book was so at ease, Vitor would response promptly and considered my needs (as I have a 2 year old son) Vitor arrived early to all services booked with him, he is kind and a genuine person. Vitor is very patient, helpful and shared so much knowledge of Portugal during our travels, this actually provided us with more comfort and we felt really safe with him. The car journeys were a lot more fun chatting away comfortably with him and even with short quiet moments to take in the views, there are no awkwardness. The Van used for the services fits 7 people which was so handy for us, spaciousness and very clean and tidy! Vitor always had fresh water bottles to provide and Wi-Fi connection which I didn’t think I would use, but ended up needing it for a short time so my son was more content with the long car journey back to Lisbon when we returning from Fatima. Vitor was ever so flexible as we decided to return to a different destination that was initially booked and he was more than happy to accommodate that for us. Overall a great service and if I were to return to Portugal for a holiday, I would used Vitor’s services without hesitation.
