A tour covering the central and northern regions, linking Lisbon to Madrid, the two capital cities, driving through the beautiful region of Galicia in Spain, to the breathtaking Douro Valley in Portugal (UNESCO site).
We will visit many historic villages and towns (some of them World Heritage Sites) like, Sintra, Fatima, Coimbra, Aveiro, Porto, Compostela, Salamanca, Avila, Toledo, Merida and Evora. In Spain we’ll visit internationally recognized monuments and landscapes. Places like the University of Salamanca, the Cathedral of Compostela, the Escorial palace (click here for official ticket-line)and the roman Aqueduct in Segovia, the walled-in medieval towns of Toledo and Avila.
In Madrid, you will be able to witness the joy and dynamism of the Madrileños (Madrid natives), during both day and night times.
